Travelling to Svalbard & accommodation
Please take time to read the information below. It is essential to book your flights and hotel as soon as possible.
Svalbard has become a very popular destination with limited access. to ensure availability for our tenants We have taken measures and have reserved seats on flights between Oslo and Longyearbyen (and back) with dedicated booking system for your convenience .

The reserved seats are for the official tenants only, so if you wish to bring your partner/spouse , please contact your travel agent at your earliest convenience to find a suitable solution.
Both Norwegian and SAS offers flights to Svalbard. The flights from Oslo takes about 3 hours. We will be travelling on the following flights to and from Longyearbyen:

Oslo-Longyearbyen (via Tromsø) I 11.09 I 9:30 Norwegian, Flight number: DY396
Longyearbyen-Oslo I 13.09 I 13:25 SAS, Flight number: SK4425
Longyearbyen-Oslo I 13.09 I 14:40 (via Tromsø) Norwegian, Flight number: DY397
Due to Svalbard regulations, all travellers (also Norwegians) must present passport or national ID-card when travelling there.
We have made block reservations of hotel rooms in Longyearbyen.

We have reserved rooms from Wednesday to Friday 11- 13 september
If you are planning to arrive earlier or extend your stay, we advise you to contact the hotel urgently as all hotels are quickly filling up.
The price per room per night for a single room is approx. NOK 2500.- included breakfast. Some room are a bit more expencive and some are sheaper since wwe are using different hotels.
