Communication contract with Hungary delayed

The Hungarian Ministry of Defence announced in April that Kongsberg Defence Communications (KDC) had won Hungary's VHF Radio Project. The signing of the contract is delayed because of protests from KDC's competitors to Hungarian authorities. The protests have been turned down twice in previous proceedings.

In the meantime there has also been a change of government in Hungary, and authorities need time to get acquainted with existing investment projects. Kongsberg is in dialogue with Hungarian authorities about how to finalize the case.
